End user license agreements (EULAs) are frequently used by computer software companies to impose terms and conditions on use of the software and any intellectual property embodied in the software. EULAs often include restrictions on the user?s right to make copies of the software, to access or reverse engineer the source code, or to make or use other software applications that might interact with the licensed software.
