Jeffrey A. Wakolbinger

Jeff Wakolbinger joins Pattishall, McAuliffe, Newbury, Hilliard & Geraldson LLP after spending two years as a law clerk to a federal district court judge in the Northern District of Illinois. Prior to his clerkship, he worked as an associate in the IP and general-litigation groups at a large, international law firm in Chicago. Jeff's practice covers all aspects of trademark, unfair competition, and copyright law, with a particular emphasis in litigation.

Jeff graduated summa cum laude from the University of Illinois College of Law in 2008, where he served as Symposium Editor of the University of Illinois Law Review. Before going to law school, he earned a Bachelor of Music degree from Millikin University and worked in Los Angeles as a recording studio engineer.
