Jaime G. Valtierra
Jaime began his legal career with a law firm specializing in debt collections where he became familiar with various divisions of the federal, state, and local court systems. Prior to joining Pattishall, Jaime worked as a litigation paralegal for a subrogation/insurance defense firm.
Jaime has many years of experience with respect to investigations, as well as due diligence, case management, and presentation for trial. Jaime has assisted with high stakes and complex litigation and trials, both at the federal and state court levels.
Since joining Pattishall, Jaime has worked extensively on trademark and trade dress infringement, false advertising and unfair competition, dilution, unauthorized importation of gray market goods, and domain name cybersquatting litigation. Jaime has also worked on appeals at both the state and federal levels. Jaime welcomes challenges, and endeavors to provide the highest quality of service possible in all cases and matters on which he is staffed. Jaime is fluent in Spanish.
