Yvonne Figueroa

Yvonne is a seasoned Intellectual Property paralegal that is results-driven and fulfills client expectations with a commitment to professionalism, integrity and collegiality. Yvonne’s background includes IP management in both corporate and law firm settings.

Prior to joining the firm, Yvonne worked at a Fortune 500 transportation company where she was responsible for authoring the company’s internal processes and procedures for IP matters. Yvonne managed the company’s US trademark portfolio as well as worldwide company patents for its various engine groups. In fact, she became the company expert in the preparation and filing of patent Information Disclosure Statements. Yvonne also managed the company’s copyrights and was integral in the creation of the company’s law school internship copyright training program.

Yvonne holds a B.A. from University of Illinois at Chicago and received her paralegal certificate from the Institute of Paralegal Studies at Loyola University.  She is fluent in Spanish.
