Dale joined the Firm in 1998 and, as the Chief Information Officer, is responsible for all of the Information Technology and E-Discovery operations for Pattishall, McAuliffe. In addition to daily IT management and development, Dale has extensive experience in E-Discovery, data collection and preservation, litigation data processing and production. Dale provides support to the Firm’s Litigation Practice, actively participating in litigation planning, preparation and execution. Dale coordinates and often appears in court to provide on-site electronic trial presentation services.
Dale’s experience includes more than 30 years in the legal and financial industries. He holds technical certifications from both Novell and Microsoft.
